They were focused more on mobile sirens. Copying the Thunderbolt would really be pushing it.

Sireno liked to copy Federal. Every time Federal came out with a vehicle siren, Sireno would usually make their own version. I have asked the owner of B&M, Kevin, as I believe he would know.

Yes according the The Federal Contributions Manual, Scream-Master did make a signal tone and dual tone 10 HP siren. It's in the 1954 version.
