The E-Class is just a few speakers mounted to a metal bracket. The T-128 on the other hand, has a motor and chopper which the motor is quite expensive and the chopper takes time to make. Plus the T-128 has a housing and the E-Class does not. That's the reason why the E-Class is so cheap.

I acquired a Model B Siren in July, and the wiring on the motor is something I never seen before. It is a General Electric made motor and here are the specs. 5HP. 220V. 60 cycles. 3 phase. Serial: ?
