1942 USN Type H-1 alarm

Hello, I picked this up at a yard sale for 5 bucks the other day. It is marked Type H-1, dated 1942 and has a USN proof mark. The big question I have is the voltage, it is marked 115 volts DC and .2 amps. Could the 115 volt DC be correct? If so any ideas hoe to power it? I don't want to burn it out....
