I was in the same boat. It can be wired up with a simple toggle switch and a cheap timer relay.
Be patient and you will run across a used one like me.

Good deal! Agastat is just a delayed off relay. In other words it comes on, the cycles off, but continues to run and resets. I think 8 on, 4 off. I used a computer fan for simulation. My Agastat was bad so I made one out of 3 timers off Ebay. I timed several different T-bolts on Youtube and used that timing. I may still have the drawing of it. It comes on then off, then resets.
