Seeing as the tag says the siren is government property, I would start by reaching out the office of the town in which this siren is located. At the very least, they should be able to steer you in the right direction.

Garden City, MI and Westland, MI test their sirens every Saturday at noon.
Garden City's 2001s do 90 seconds of Alert, and Westland's Whelen WPS-2800's do Federal Signal's Westminster chime. (They all have Federal Signal control setups)

If you have the AR hooked to the RCM1 properly you can switch the "Control" switch to "Test" and start a signal and it will only initiate the chopper starter and Agastat, and you'll know the AR works.

Although not technically EOWS sirens per se, Westland, MI's Whelen 2800's use Federal's controls, and they do Westminster every Saturday at noon.
