Part of the Crawford County system.Typically 1 minute tests there but it went full 3 that week. Wished the dam failure Mods went off in tandem, but those test two random times a year instead.This Vortex will get a new horn soon.

I recommend going to Greenville, they have a hurricane and they test on the first Wednesday. Other than that, Whitehouse in East Texas has a few unknown electronics that they test on the first Tuesday. Those in Whitehouse are ATIs with Atlas speakers. For testing, they do a single whoop, voice mess...

The ATI doesn't lean at all, actually. I've been close to it from many angles and there's no tilt to it. The road has a bit of an incline. Governmental opinions aside, maybe these older systems had issues or something to that tune. I doubt systems here change "just 'cause". Also, to speculate, think coverage. A WPS 2909 kicks a MOD 2008 to the curb in that aspect. There's a reason somewhere...
