I work in Southfield and that address is about 12 minutes away from where I work. At lunch I may take a drive down there and snap some photos.

Nice recording. Does it sound like that because it's single phase, or is there something wrong with it?

Where is this located? Google is giving me a location in Auburn Hills and Center Line? I may have to take a trip down there in the near future.

silent testing. That's insane. I wonder how long the new ASC sirens have been there for? Maybe they are not hooked up yet? The last time I was in Canton to try and get a better recording of the 1003 at Warren and Ridge the T-128 up the road worked. That was about two years ago. That township has be...

I have not been back there in a few years, but the last time I was the T-128 worked (but the 1003 failed). I do not know if the T-128 is broken; they could have chang...

It is unfortunate that such great sounding thunderbolts had to be removed, but at least decent sirens are in their places. I assume that the 1003 at Warren and Ridge road was taken down and the T-128 up the road is still in the same spot?

I would be terrified to walk up to that monstrosity of a siren. I was afraid the first time I walked underneath a thunderbolt and looked up at it because of how large it was. A P-50 looks huge from a distance, I imagine it would look even bigger (and probably scarier) that close and low to the ground.
