Okay before i get started if anyone in Alabama has a siren map please post them. If there is none i will start one and i will need all the help i can get it will be a map of the whole state. Currently i have a small amount of them out of probably ten million of them.

You would probably have to contact the EMA director and ask them about it. As for getting it off the tower you probably will need a crane, a bucket truck, which you can rent from a rental company, and some tools.
