Yeah, I saw it. I need to get a camera that can take videos, and a tripod for it. Funds have been short recently. Those Cyclones have a bite to them. Mine's about a block and a half away and it's still potently loud, sometimes the windows rattle. That P-10 is pretty easy to spot, if you're heading n...

I got mine from the P-10 in Harrisburg, visible from I-83 near Union Deposit Road. This one is just a half mile or so away from the Cyclone on East Park Drive. I had to use my cell phone camera, since my digital camera doesn't take recordings with sound. I also laid a digital voice recorder on top o...

Does anyone know what the frequency is for the DTMF tones? My area is mostly switched over to digital paging, so some of the "common" emergency frequencies (33.8, 33.9, and 462.55 being the most common) aren't active. When New Cumberland's Cyclone belts off, I usually can't find out what's...

That leaves me with two options... make a third Penetrator recording, or somehow high-tail it to Strinestown (a haul from Hershey) to try to get the T-121. I fail to see the point in video recording a Cyclone, since they don't rotate. In the area I'll be working in, there is an SD-10 at the Campbell...

No kidding??! I used to live right near Potts Hill Road in Etters. I know exactly where those two sirens are. Have pictures of them, too. That cyclone was the one that roared for 45 minutes during that "famous" malfunction about seven years or so ago. I remember that night and hearing it o...

There is a Cyclone off of I83 at East Park Drive. It is pretty easy to get to and even easier to see. Yeah, I know exactly where that one is, just forgot to mention it. It's actually right near a P-10, too, maybe half a mile or so, if that. I was idly sitting in the parking lot one morning across t...

Ohh, why should I break tradition and not record another TMI siren activation? I'll probably be in the Harrisburg area that day. I've got a P-10 video, and a Cyclone audio recording, last year, and a P-10 audio recording from three years ago. Here's last year's Penetrator: http://www.youtube.com/wat...

If anyone lives in Annville, PA (just outside of Hershey in Lebanon County) there's a Thunderbolt at the fire department. Heard it a few weeks ago, it's a dual-tone.
