Both of those sound much better. Either they are wired up with better voltage or they are the early 10 horsepower version of the STH10. The newer 7 1/2 horsepower sounds weak! They don't ramp up to speed fast enough and sound sickning.

hmmm, I am all for mechanical sirens over anything else but I gotta say I'm not a big fan of the STH10.. Why does it's wind up sound so underpowered!
